Development and Other Projects in Squamish

Since 1967 L & A Equipment has been heavily involved and at the forefront of developing the community of Squamish, B.C. 

​

L & A is currently completing the development of the Skyridge subdivision, a master-planned community by Diamond Head Development. We are also in the final stages, as part of the Harmony Group of Companies team, of Phase 1 of the Oceanfront Development  Utility Construction, a joint project between Cornerstone Developments and the District of Squamish, A working relationship with Kerkhoff Construction and their development partners has allowed L & A to be a vital player in the site development of the exciting entrance to downtown Squamish known as Jumar - Live the Adventure.

The Squamish Industrial Park is the site of some fortuitous growth in the community Working with Solterra Developments and Ventana Construction independently, L& A Equipment has been involved in the site prep and development of numerous small business complexes and tilt-up concrete construction buildings.

Being equipped with both a portable cone and adjustable jaw crusher has allowed L & A to be involved in the exciting world of multiple run-of-river hydro-electric projects. Our mobile crushing plant has enabled us to be at the right location at the right time. We are able to crush material to engineered specifications and provide this material in an expedient and cost effective manner to our clients.
